Students across Mahopac’s elementary schools got a special treat when Superintendent of Schools Christine Tona visited their classrooms to read Thanksgiving-themed stories. The young listeners were captivated as they heard a variety of books, ranging from historical to humorous tales.
With laughter, learning and plenty of talk about turkeys, Superintendent Tona’s Thanksgiving story time created a festive and educational atmosphere for the holiday season at Austin Road, Fulmar Road and Lakeview.
